Products & Orders

  • All product details, prices, and availability are listed on our website.
  • While we do our best to keep everything accurate, errors may occur. If we find an issue with your order (price or stock), we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party partners.
  • We never store your card or banking information

Delivery

  • Deliveries are available across Pakistan, in areas where our service partners operate.
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
  • If delivery is attempted but refused, we may hold the order for 7 days before cancellation.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Returns are only allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Warranty

  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (details available on product pages).
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability

  • Oriental is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or data). Our responsibility is limited to the product value paid.
